I guess you have to expect that when I blog about educational toys and whatnots it would probably be a big WANT! Majority of the toys in the country are imports...so with that it meant a lot of what is in the internet is probably not available...especially the educational ones...haaayyy...

With that, a concept of an educational store in the country is swimming in my head for sometime...but I'm not a business person...not YET...so it'll probably stay in my head for sometime until i teleport it to someone that would make it real...

So on to my post...

My flavor of the moment manipulative are the cubes, blocks, and flats

Of the three, only the golden beads are available in the country and sadly at an exorbitant price...:( Thus I cannot buy. But I can make!...hehe..that is if I have the time...which actually I don't.

These materials aids in teaching quantity, place value and values. I find this topic really fun, and I 'd expect my students to ace this and master it no sweat! Plus, I like them materials because they're so colorful hah!

I've been submerged to math instruction for sometime...i need an outlet to share stuff...i want to share discoveries...i want to propagate the love for maths...*cringe*
